Those things do not make her sound like an awesome person to me. An awesome individual is one who loves the Lord, treats others well, is well educated or concentrates on becoming well educated, puts others first, honors their parents and God, goes to church, etc. She doesn't sound awesome to me, she seems sad to me.

It is sad that her parents would allow her to date at 12. It is sad that she thinks it is okay to be rude to others and takes delight in it. I think you need to choose friends that are positive and love God and are kind to others. Someone that is rude to others will be rude to their friends eventually too. If they do not know how to be nice to everyone, they do not know how to be a true friend.

I wouldn't base someone's 'looks' on whether they'd be a loyal friend or not.

Honestly to me it sounds like another person who follows a certain crowd to 'fit' in, but I could be wrong.

like your not, okay? ur just trying to be what every other teen is trying to be. they think they're sooo cool, cuz they listent to local bands that you've never heard of, but actually everybody has heard of them. and when a local band starts getting real popular you say they sux. i see so many kids walking down the halls everyday thinking they're cool and unique cuz they have the hair and jeans. everytime someone thinks they're being an individual someone else is going around copying that style. why do you think in order to be noticed and to be unique you have to be a part of a certain group? they are just conforming to everyone else around them.

I've tried various different things, from feather fascinators to small thin alice bands, but am not happy with the way they look on my short hair (I always look like a Prom Queen or The Statue of Liberty lol) so am thinking of making my own, any tips or hints or can anyone recommend suppliers for beads and wire? THIS IS NOT THE BE ALL AND END ALL OF MY WEDDING, I KNOW THE IMPORTANT THING IS THE SERVICE AND VOWS AND OUR COMMITING TO EACH OTHER...but I still wanna look nice, even on a tight budget lol.... if I can't find anything then I won't bother.

They have all different styles, whats really special about it is that after your wedding you send away and for a small fee they make your tiara into a piece of jewlery. Also think about wreaths..how do you feel about them...many times florist can make reallly pretty wreaths using real flowers pearls etc

I dont know firsthand, but a teeny bit of glue gun, your adornments, and a thin satin headband? Or search for a tiara kit on the internet, and you substitute what you dont like with your own adornments, but at least youll have a tiara.

hello have you had a look at hair clips these are not pins so if your hair is really short they would be perfect, you can get them in lots of designs, they only cost a few pounds and you can put them in yourself as many or as few as you wish and the clip is hidden under the design, try claires (UK) best wishes for your big day.

Maybe you need to step away from the idea of a tiara and be open to something else. For our wedding my MOH had short spikey hair, and what looked great on her was a small wreath of flowers.

got light blond hair,might get highlights,as it gets colder my hair goes darker which will really bring out the highlights,3 inches past my shoulder and might get an inch off straight hair w/ lots of body any ideas??and it doesnt stay in place very easily and i dont really wanna bring out the hairspray for school and my face,got a heart shaped face w/ brown eyes and by the time school starts ill have braces (AHH!!) probably will get the rubber bands mixtures of pink purple green and blue

Okay, my partner and I are planning on having a very simple wedding in about a year's time, and we want to keep it inexpensive so we can use the extra money for the honeymoon.

We want to get married in my grandfather's yard, because that is where my parents married. My other grandfather is a priest and will marry us (I don't know if that usually costs or not), one of my aunts is a baker and regularly makes cakes in our family in lieu of a wedding present, and another aunt is a photographer and does the same. I'm looking at buying my dress, having simple flowers, renting my partner's tux, paying for my hair and makeup as well as 2 or 3 bridemaids (my friends and I have a deal where we pick out inexpensive bridesmaid dresses and pay for our own), buying the wedding bands, and renting chairs. We do not plan on having a large reception, just some punch, cake, chips, and fruit in my grandfather's yard.

What would you say is a reasonable budget for this?

I do not have much help so I allowed a year and it will probably take the whole year, like you I am single, naturally... I am also in Bible School! I am spending well under $500. and having about 150 people! So you can downsize..

I am constantly going to thrift stores! I am taking many differant containers and adding floral rocks to the bottom, water and a gold fish with a floating candle in each one! I bought each clear glass container for 10-25 cents each, some I collected from friends anad family! large mouth flower vases and gold fish bowls! A few were bowls! I borrowed punch bowls from friends and family, The candles, were 20 per bag bought at Dollar Tree for $1. and bags of floral rocks also $1. per bag, I will only have 8 to do them all! For center pieces, I will have 20 tables, provided by my Church! What a blessing that was!

I bought bunches of roses for $1 each and 2 was plenty for my flower girl to use, and another 2 bunches for to put around my center pieces! It only took 30 minutes to cut off the petals! It saved me over $50. , that was the cost of buying the bags of rose petals from Wal-Mart.

I am blessed as well with the gift of clothing design, I went to a bargin fabric barn and bought materail, I will sew my brides maids dresses.. I had each of them look for a non-stretch tank top and will sew them with a just below the hip length, then add the bottom, for a drop waist line dress! 3 yrds of fine nylon, and make a arm wrap that will go around thier backs and hang from thier elbows .. They are awesome! And still can be worn later.. Not a one use dress! If you want something more decorated, use ideas from magazines or websites! I also bought each of them a pearl necklas and earings, for again $1. each at Dollar Tree!

My wedding gown was used, $50. The Grooms tux, complete, $35. also used!

Since I will be married at 6PM, I will do dinner cheaper than finger foods! I found a local BBQ place, again blessed, a friend owns it and I am getting smoked ribs for $19. per slab! 4 will feed about 150 people, and my local Dollar General sells, Seasoned Smothered potatoes with sliced carrots, (it is a new product) cost 3 cans for $1. I am stocking up and will need $25. worth, 2 friends have offered to make potatoe salad, and another 2 coleslaw! Discount bread stores, loaves of bread 3 for $1... And dinner is served! Another friend loaned me a 50 cup coffee maker ! My brides maids are paying for my cake, another blessing! If you have friends who own a video cam, ask them to video, The same for photography! All of these services are the best gifts you will ever get!

I also will put colored index cards on the tables so each adult can write us a note from the heart and will be put on a photo album , thoughts for a lifetime!

I will also be decorating the Brides (cake) table with several candels aranged in brandy and wine glasses , also purchased at Yard Sales and Thrift Stores!

I done my daughters , grooms, and brids maids and best mans, roses the day of the wedding from Wal-Mart for less than $20. !!! I added ribon and it was beautiful! I am still thinking of the same idea for mine! Guest Book, and Pen, Dollar Tree $1.

With everything your family was able to do for you as far as the cake and photographer, you saved a lot of money.(My family members are doing that too) You should be able to do the rest for under $500. I am having a pretty traditional wedding and reception and am only spending between $500 and $1000. I learned a lot of economizing when I put together my first wedding and my sister's wedding so I'm gonna be able to have a beautiful wedding on a very small budget. Congrats on your marriage.

Even if you are not having an elaborate reception with a full dinner I would look at renting a location even if it is the VFW. I found planning mind (which was orig. going to be in the grandparents back yard as well) that most halls are the same price as the backyard wedding if not cheaper. By the time you rent the tent in case it rains, chairs for butts, and things to eat with its about the same. We found a hall that includes all of the tables, chairs, and serving basics for 500 for the whole day. Its about 20 mins. outiside the city limits and the chairs aren't the designer ones but thats not what it's about anyway so don't listen to anybody who says it is.

Since the backyard has sentimental value you can probably use a collection of plates and silverware from the family members involved (a great tip to clean them is to lay them on the ground on a big tarp and use a hose and a mop instead of one by one in the sink) and having a few potluck dishes and stay very cheap. Chairs can be borrowed or rented but the tent I'm telling you is a MUST. Even if you don't use it the whole time its such a comfort to know you are covered in any weather situation and to get out of the sun.

I would budget $10 per person for food and decor, everything, in this situation. You can stick to any budget as long as you make it before hand. It's when you run wild without "ok I'm going to spend 1,000" that you end up spending more than you need to.

I would say 2500 to 3000 depending on how much you dress would cost I would keep in the 200-300 dollar reange for the dress, flowers from 100-200 depending on if you wanted centerpieces or just bouquets and buttoniers. The band from 500-750 roughly. and chairs from 150-300 depending on where you are located and what you choose.

Ok, I truly have no idea what the hell is going on with my cat....Tonight I saw him chewing at his tail....I checked it out and there was a rubber band wrapped around it, which I didn't see because his long hair covered it up. I cut the rubber band off. Where the rubber band was and down to the tip of his tail it is all lumpy and I was parting the hair and it was falling out in clumps only to reveal scabs under the hair. To make things even worse, it smelled like his tail was rotten and I don't know what I should do....I thought of shaving his tail to inspect it further. The vet isn't an option until Monday, so anything other than "take him to a vet" please as, of course he is going first thing Monday morning.

Sounds like there has been serious restriction of blood flow. On the good side, dead flesh wil not scab. He may have been trying to get it off and that resulted in superficial wounds that scabbed. The smell may be resulting from these wounds being infected.

This cat must be seen by a vet (as you know). There is a chance of tissue death and infection. Until you can get him to a vet, you can do the following immediately:

Make sure there are no other blood constraints on the tail (or other areas). If he has long hair and you are having trouble examining, by all means, clip his fur so you can see. Try scissors, not a razor.

If there are any open wounds, treat with Neosporin, an over-the-counter antibiotic cream.

Make sure he is drinking water. Fluids are very important in making sure the immune system work properly. Not eating is ok, but he needs fluids.

Finally, be sure to check ALL of the cat and any other pets you have. THIS IS NOT AN ACCIDENT. Someone did this to your cat. I've heard about this before and the only cause is abuse by humans. This is an animal abuse incident and should be reported. Most states have laws against an act like this. One big reason for these laws is that animal abuse is a leading indicator of violent sociopathic behaviour. If you discover the purpetrator he or she should be charged. In pressing charges you may save a life (human or animal).

In the immediate future, you will need to watch your animals and be aware. Unfortunately, someone means them harm. I don't mean to scare you, but this is very serious.

You just wrote that it may have been there 3 weeks. If that's the case, there is a good chance for the cat. A blood infection, and the resulting complications, should have shown itself sooner.

You still need to report this kid. This is really bad.

I would try to leave it alone...if there are scabs, it may just be damaged. If there are open sores, I would put some antibacterial ointment on it, maybe even wrap it very loosely. If it is indeed, dead, ie. lost its blood supply, it may have to be amputated. Only your vet would know,,,,,,

Often there are emergency vets you can take pets too... Expensive, but often worth it. they are around on weekends as well.

From you're description though, I would say that the circulation was cut off for a long time, and that very well could have resulted in bad things. It cold require amputation (just the end) If it was on for too long. If you got it of in time, the tail could recover, but I would not be able to tell. Get in contact with a Vet somehow- even if just a phone call, any contact is better than none.

If you know you're vet's name, try a phone book.

You're chaces are much better though if the scabs are dark colored, meaning they have blood behind them. If the Cat can move it's tail there, that's a very good sign and means that it's going to recover given good care.

Ok you say it does not seem like it hurts. Do you have any way of knowing how long the rubber band was on there? It might have been on there long enough to kill the tail. You know one of the ways they make bull cafes into steers is they put a rubber band around their testicles and in a few weeks it falls off. I only tell you this so maybe you can see what I am getting at. The biggest thing to watch for is infection which sounds like it might all ready have (the bad smell tells you that). I wouldn't shave it unless you can make sure your not going to cut him or scrape open scabs. But as long as hes eating and active your OK. If he becomes listless or won't eat, your in trouble, it could be gangrene.

My name is Jacob P.. What I am about to write here is my personal thoughts and secrets that I would never tell anyone even if it kills me. I am so depressed that I am unhappy as there can be possibly. I am 15 years old and have no friends. Just acquaintances. Nobody knows me, people call me names and I do nothing about it, most of the time. I take a lot of people閳ユ獨 **** and never do much about it unless I閳ユ獡 really really pissed off. Today was just another shitty day in my life. All the same, basically, with the exception of a few more things to be upset about. My typical day of the week is this: I wake up, take a shower, get out of the shower, try to find something to wear that I like and is alright looking, then mess with my curly as chlorine hair for about 20 minutes. Get into a car with my mom, she drops me off at school on her way to work. I arrive at school usually about 7:55 and walk around the hallways for about 25 minutes by myself.

I feel ashamed of writing this, I am so messed up that I am embarrassed even in my head for doing this... while walking around I just walk up and down the halls for excuses to look at the person I like and can閳ユ獩 get the nerve to talk to her or even say hi. I am pretty sure she likes me too, but I don閳ユ獩 know what to do, I am to shy to talk to her or even say hi back when she says hi to me. Then I go to my first period class and sit. I don閳ユ獩 talk to hardly anyone in the class. This clown that sits in front of me use to be my friend. Now he is just embarrassing. He doesn閳ユ獩 do a damn thing to his hair from the time he gets up in the morning to the time he gets out of swim practice. All he talks about is World of Warcraft **** that is so gay. Every time he talks to someone else that plays it, that閳ユ獨 all he talks about. He says these stupid as phrases he hears in the game and is really obnoxious. He thinks that he is so smart and everyone else is inferior to him. He is a freak too who says he has OCD, just because he won閳ユ獩 touch his damn food cause he says he doesn閳ユ獩 want to put dirty food in his fat belly. The nasty beast spits on his hands and rubs them together and some how that is ok? Do not think so, sick bastard. After 1st hour, I walk out the hallway just try to hurry to get a glimpse of the girl that I like coming out of her class, hoping that something will change, never does. I am pretty certain that she likes me, but not to sure that maybe it is because I want her to like me back. I think about her all the time. Then I go to my 2nd period class and just sit for over an hour listening to this old ***** teacher who hates the kids, yet try閳ユ獨 to Be cool? The kids are laughing at her and she just shakes off whatever she is doing and says it is the objects fault or other. After 2nd, I wait in the classroom just to make sure im the last one out to waste some time so I can walk down the same hall and see the girl I like looking at her for a few seconds and it all just stays the same. Some days when she says hi to me its really quietly while she is walking, sorta spitted out. I do not know. 3rd hour is stupid as hell. This bastard calls me a retard and makes fun of me. I can kick his *** so bad and I choked him in 6th grade once already... And I was even nice to him when he got in a car crash and has his retarted face wired shut. Then this one kid is so fake and lies. Just try閳ユ獨 to fit in. Wears random band shirts that noone has even heard of. Well, im sure some people have, but not any good bands. That screamo ****. Lies about everything most of the time. Then during 5th the fake *** fights like a little girl. Holding onto me pinching and scratching me with his girl nails. I had him by the throat up against the glass wall and he said to let go and so I did because I did not want to 閳?fight, fight閳? Then he goes over to a group of kids and says he was like stronger then me or something.. He isn閳ユ獩 I am. I know I am. Then he trys to play it off and act like we are friends. 閳ユΞays we have been friends since 3rd grade and doesn閳ユ獩 want it to be like this. We were never friends. Did I talk to him all the time? Does he know me? Do I call him? Do I go to his house? No. Anyways I just told you 5th. back after 3rd period, after lunch, I rush down to put my books away just to go up the hallway to see her. She is really pretty. Then I go to 4th hour. Oh, what a bore hole. Until... yesterday I was glancing over at the bf/gf beside me. She was giving him a hand job. It was really disturbing. He had his coat or whatever covering his unzipped pants. And I could hear what they were saying to each other. Then today they were trying to do it again, but luckily did not get the chance to. They talk about how they are starting to have sex together. It is funny, sorta. The only time I smile is when I laugh at something. Or think about the girl I like by myself. I do not smile. There is nothing in my life to smile about. People say smile. They do not know me. What the hell do I have to smile about? Nothing. I just think about how depressed I am. And wonder how the people would react if I killed myself. Then I go home, I am on the swim team didn閳ユ獩 go to the last few practices cause I am not even swimming in the final meet. Well, I would start with actually getting up the nerve to talk to this girl you like so much. You shouldn't complain about how nothing is going for you in your life, instead you should try to make good things happen for yourself. You should also try and not let other people bother you so much. Yeah, there are a lot of really stupid people in the world, but instead of being mad that they are stupid, just silently laugh at them. They aren't making a fool out of anyone but themselves. Fighting doesn't solve anything, you should be "above" the other losers by not fighting them. You shouldn't stoop down to their level. About being depressed, I don't know much about that, but if you really think you are, you should talk to a school counselor or your parents about getting help. Other than that, I'll repeat that in order for you to be happy, you should try to do things that make you happy, like talk to the girl you like or try and make friends. I'm sure there are people, maybe not many, but at least a few people that you can get along with at school. Try being more open. Good luck and try to be optimistic!

I use to be that depressed. I use to want to kill myself and was about to try-then my mom beat me to it. We had to lock her up in a home for the mentally unstable. It wasted pretty much all of our money and made life worse. I'm just glad it wasn't me who put my family in a big hole- and that i wasn't the one who got sucked into an insane asylum. Then I have thoughts of- how could she just try to leave? She has ******* kids. What were we supposed to do if she had succeeded. And she probably would have thought something similar of me- you're only a teenager, you have your whole life ahead of you; what were you trying to do?

Teenagers are some of the worst people that exist. It's a time in their life when they start getting brave and think that nothing can hurt them- so they can go around and be complete assholes to one another. There have to be some good people that exist- but I wouldn't hang all my hope on this one chick that might not have any of the answers that you want.

It's real messy how you start fights with people. I had read the other answers- and maye it would help you to switch schools. I'm a senior and I've never had friends in school- I never had friends at home either; there are no kids who live around me. This year, I finally have a few, but they all leave school early to go to work. Every afternoon I feel as empty as you do. Ok so I'm a black girl...(nothing that entirely has to do with this). I started wearing black eye-makeup, then black nail polish. then all of a sudden I started liking a couple of rock bands. I wear all black-oufits from time-to-time (and since I grew up mainly with black people I mix in that style) then I found a black wrist band and now I wear it like all the time. For some reason I even changed my hair style too! (Just to let you know this all took place veryyy slowly.) Now whats worse about this whole thing is that someone called me emo. I was just changing my style and tell you the truth I like it...Alot. To point out the fact I was called 'emo' is wayyy wrong cause first I'm too happy to be emo (even if its not all about saddness and depression).

Personally I hate sterotypes, I be who I wanna be, its just that I happen to be wearing black, like rock, etc etc that throws people off. What do ya'll think about this?

Well I was born in the mid eighties, but I remember some stuff from it. I would have to say my favourite band then was Midnight Oil. From t.v. there used to be a satirical show called Spiting Image, it took the mickey out of British politics. So, i've been what you call being the label (emo) for the last year. I really do enjoy looking the way i do, with my eye make-up, hair (which is not dyed black by the way), and of course the converse, or shoes with stars on them, and tight black or blue or dark blue jeans,, with the excessorized studdend belt, and of course my black hoodies with great bands like MCR and TBS, and Angels and Airwaves Yes i listen to alot of emo music, although i do like some r/b because i like to dacing sometimes too! So i am a completely your sterio tipical emo. The thing is i just graduated from high school and the real world is completely different. i want to some how slowly stop looking, acting, and thinking in emo all the time. The problem is that it has consumed my life. I'm emotionally torn. Plus i am dealing with others who think that emo is dumb.But at the same time i love who i am!!! What do I do??? anyone have any ideas as to how i can stop this obsession?

I think everyone experiences that throughout their youth, experimenting with different looks, cliques, and music styles. Believe me, you will eventually grow out of it when your interests change...one's style and tastes ALWAYS evolve. You sound trendy in your clothes choices, you'll find out.

Oh dear yes, I'm having flashbacks now! I grew up in the 80's! I graduated in 91. When SNL was still funny, heh, good one. And I own the DVD of The Goonies. I'm still an 80's child at heart! And Atari rocked.

i need other ways to wear my hair to school. i have medium length, straight, blonde hair. the ways i wear my hair are:

all down, parted to the side, side bangs showing. all up in a pony, side bangs pined in the middle, all up in a pony, some side bangs haning, all up in a pony, side bangs to the side, or in a messy bun with side bangs pined or showing.

yeah as you can see its either all down, in a pony, or a bun. i sometimes do add head bands and stuff. what im looking for are styles that are simple. aslo, i don't want to curl my hair in the morning, and i don't really look good in braids, they always stick out. thanks for the help. :]

I'm a 13 year old guy with long blonde hair(past eyes) with blue eyes and a somewhat tan complexion. I love metal, some of the bands include HIM, BFMV, CoB, Lamb of God, Trivium, GnR, As I lay Dying, Killswitch Engage, Metallica, Megadeth, Dragonforce etc. I usually dress in some black jeans with a band shirt a black stud wristband, bullet belt, black belt, chain wallet with 2 chains, and a pocket watch. I like the color black but I'm not gothic (no offense). I am atheist, even though I am raised in a catholic household. I have good grades, mostly As and Bs. I am also into politics, I have my own views, I am a Republican Conservative, but I won't go into details. I am pretty short 5'2 and sometimes it makes me self-conscience but I try not to make a big deal of it. People tell me that they are suprised that I have my own political views and I make choices for myself. I try not to curse very much, but I do. 1. Take a shower RIGHT BEFORE GOING TO BED...Comb your hair then pull it back with a ponytail holder. DO NOT BLOW DRY!

2. After waking up, brush your hair LIGHTLY! Put about as much as the size of a qaurter of the cream in your hair brush again than repeat the cream.

3. Blow dry hair until completley dry! Brush and spray hairspray on your brush %26amp; brush your hair!

Kids at school call me emo for some reason. I don't really understand why. I mostly dress the same as everyone else, maybe I wear a bit more black than most. Sure, I like Converse, but so does everyone else. I dyed my hair maroon, and everyone started calling me names. The sluttiest girls in school all dye their hair black and no one cares. They've started wearing studded belts and listening to "emo" bands like Fall Out Boy and P!atD, and no one makes fun of them. Why do I get picked on?

"Am I Emo"?

-- If you are, then go with it. Good for you... there's a lot of good stuff going on in "Emo-land". Just don't take yourself too seriously. Have fun with it.

-- If you are not, then... don't sweat it. Do you like YOU? You should. You're expressing yourself your way instead of being some "drone". Why is that bad? It's not... in fact, Good for you for being yourself. Don't try to be anything else.

School is a tough time. I've got three kids and have watched 2 go through middle and high school with one more to go. It's nuts what kids do to each other today.

Remember this... if you're being targeted by people, it's because you are probably a very special person. Unfortunately that can also be misunderstood when you're in school or make people uncomfortable or jealous.

Bottom line... be happy for who YOU are, not who you are not. Don't be something you don't want to be to try and conform or please somebody else. Celebrate yourself even when no one else does. And most importantly... don't take yourself so seriously.

Your school is probably in a neighborhood where people who dye their hair colors other thatn blonde and black are not normal, neither are people who wear the most black.

Hmm, i think you should wear a cute tank top w/ lace and a a v-neck long sleeve shirt, with the cutest form-fitting jeans that you have. If you have long hair, all you have to do for PERFECT WAVES is to take a shower, braid your hair into one braid, and sleep with it in. When you pull it out in the morning, it would look like you worked really hard on it.

You can use "Dream Curls" by John Frieda to keep the waves shiny and cute. (You can get it at a drugstore for like 6 bucks) and have cute tanish-shimmery eyes, and on the outer crease of your eyelids put a little brown eyeshadow to give it demision.

Follow that with Great Lash Mascara, and concealer to hide pimples.

okie dokie. I'm a freshman so this is my first homecoming. I'm also in marching band and we have a contest at the horeshoe (OSU stadium) the same day as homecoming. so I've basically got less than 2 hours to do my hair. my hair is brown. curly and a little past my shoulders. I have a roundish face and my bangs can be clipped up of swept to the side. they're about down to my mid cheek and slant up to my eye near the middle of my head. and a small bit on the other side. I need something fast easy that will stay up and can be done with wet or blow dryed hair. also people say it should match my dress. its purple empress cut with a pretty low back. (halter)

also I have silver and diamond jewlery....so I also want make up ideas. the dress is light and dark purple. and its a see throughish material over a shiney material. and the shiney material makes up the part that ties the halter and the bow on the bakck.

i love rock music. all types of it, classic rock, heavy metal, punk, alternative, hair metal, soft rock, hard rock, the list goes on for days. favorite bands and artists include jimi hendrix, my chemical romance, green day, guns n roses, ac/dc, led zeppelin, linkin park, the who, the beatles, rolling stones, motley crue, alice cooper, slipknot, kiss, sex pistols, ramones, david bowie, megadeth, and much, MUCH more.

who here can say the same thing?

and to add to that, who DESPARATELY hates the total CRAP called hip-hop/rap people actually consider as music?

I like most types of music, but especially Rock. Especially Metal. =D I do share your particular distaste of Rap music though. I wouldn't call Hip-Hop total crap, I can see how people might enjoy it. I can't say the same for Rap though.....

I like all rock music. Not all the bands you mentioned, like I'd be fine never hearing another Who song.. but the rest is cool. I like almost all music- blues like Kenny Wayne Sheppard... weird stuff like Steve Vai... blahblah. I love Muddy Waters, Bad Co., Mozart... there is a rare rap or hip/hop song that I like, but generally I don't listen to that or country.

I like most rock music, but I can't say all. Bruce Springsteen will always be my favorite.

Also, not all rap music is bad. Mainstream rap sucks, sure, but if you listen to some underground and 70s and 80s rap (Public Enemy is very good), there's a lot of good stuff out there! There's even some very good current rappers out there right now. Like M.I.A. for example. Her songs are about terrorism, war, poverty, and other political issues, and her music is very worth listening to, in my opinion.

use bare minerals to even out your skin tone. define the eyes with maybelline 'great lash' and soften the mouth with light pink gloss. you will make your eyes pop but keep the rest of the face nuetral. for a night look maybe add some purple or blue eye shadow to make your eyes pop even more. remmeber to keep your face balanced though, dont try to emphasize every part of your face! hope this helps!!!

I have used color girl and like you my skin is sensitive to some brands. However, I have never had a problem with cover girl. You can use a pink color blush or a bronzer. They also have a plastic sheet that you can see what color would be closest to your skin color for foundation. hope this helps. Jodi

Your friend clearly has issues with being comfortable in her own skin. If she were truly comfortable with herself, she wouldn't need to be copying you. it's a post-hardcore band...

ummm the video, first it's a girl looking at a photo in the dark, then the band starts playing on what looks like a rainy night. They're all playing and screaming and the vocalist had long bangs and short hair in the black and was wearing a black shirt with a white tie. In the video the girl kept looking at the photos of her with what seems to be her ex. in the end she throws them at a wall and burns them... any idea of what band this is???

I really don't believe in labeling people, I think its funny how poeple do that but I'm always curious what people think about me and how I'm labeled.

I'll describe myself:

-I'm 15 my hair is naturally blonde, I like it that way. I've had it brown underneath, pink underneath and I'm getting blue extensions

-Currently my hair is just below my shoulders, sort of layered, I used to have thick bangs straight across but since its too long for that they are sideswept. I straighten my hair everyday.

-I usually wear jeans. No shorts, skirts or colored pants. I own 1 pair of black skinny pants that I only wear on special occasions.

-I own moslty straigh legged jeans but today I have on dark grey skinny jeans.

- I love converse and vans.

-I usually just wear tshirts, mostly screen tees. I don't wear bands tees often.

-Sometimes I make my own shirts or accesories but not that often.

-I don't wear eye shadow. Only some powder concealer, eye liner, and mascara.

i was in my old highschool, it had been transformed into my current place of work. the school had alot of other renovations added to it. i was promoted to being a teacher.i walked down stairs with a male teacher and we saw a blonde baby with curly hair walking around. it was wearing a top with no bottom...and it had really strange looking genitals. i thought this was weird and picked up the baby, and said to the other teacher what should we do? he said, 'oh thats such-n-suchs baby, dont worry about it' and i thought that was weird. i went to find another teacher and she showed me the baby's mum and i took the baby to the mum she said to let it just walk around and it was ok. i found all this to be really strange so i walked away. i went downstairs into the gamesroom section...a class was going on %26amp; everyone was making video clips of bands on their computers, i saw an old friend in the class i told her about the baby, she said 'oh well' and asked me if i wanted to go %26amp; get some food.

i like bands such as slayer, black sabbath, anthrax, iron maiden, motley crue, motorhead, rammstein.......but i also like siouxsie and the banshees, the cure, echo and the bunnymen, depeche mode.

i like tim burtons films, and films such as skeleton key, underworld 1 and 2, lost boys, tv shows such as afterlife, i used to watch buffy alot, abit of charmed...........but i also enjoy the die hard trilogy, alien trilogy, full metal jacket, platoon.

i usually wear a black shirt open with a white, red, or black t shirt underneath, black or grey jeans, and steel capped boots, my hair is usually all spiked up, or shaved at the sides and spiked up on the top...........but i don't wear black nail varnish or eyeliner

i'm just trying to find out who i might be best suited with as far as friends and possible girlfriends go

any info would be great, from other goths/hardrock fans
