Aww, your so cute..why dont you smile? Dont dye your hair, you look cute as a blondie. And if you wear black band clothes, don't die your hair because then you'll look scary or goth. Blondies are cute and fresh-looking anyway. I would say to cut your hair a little shorter. Then again, I guess you have it like the style is right now?if you really want a new look - dye it..why not? If you dont like it you can always change it back..but if you do that you MUST get it done by a professional...dont do it at home. And black hair is too harsh a color for your skin tone. Ok, there's your girly opinoin!:)

You look really young like maybe 10 years old so I would say that if you want to dye your hair dont go black maybe try a dark brown temporary hair dye just to see if you like it that dark or not and if you do dye it permanently.
