Well, Nelson first popped into mind, but there were no girls in the band. The other band members never really showed up anywhere either, just the two lead singers.....

You could possibly be thinking of ZZ Top also, they have long hair, but are older. There are no girls in that band either, but they always have lots of girls with them.

I think I know who you are talking about. The twins are the sons of deceased singer/actor Ricky Nelson. For the life of me I do not know the groups name though, sorry.
