i get lots of compliment on the blonde but idk whether i should keep it this way or go blonder... im lookin into something like this but im not sure.. like i said i really am not fond of this gurl or her band but i adore her hair

Keep it the way it is...going blonder doesn't make it look real...trust me I am a true blonde and as you age your blonde hair goes darker...most blonde's by the age of 20 are darker than lighter....

Yes! you need a warmer color of blonde, it'd look so good on you and wouldn't wash you out!
