A liberal man who plays guitar, likes to act, is into art, has long hair or some other liberal artsy haircut, likes bands such as- nirvana, rage against the machine, the beatles, is a proffesional musician/actor/artist

or do you prefer a republican man who plays sports, goes hunting, has short hair, has a proffesion such as a lawyer or acountant, and listens to artists such as, ted nugent, Hank Williams

You don't have to like all the qualities in each type just say which one you prefer in a man

Also, my husband is the second type and does not listen to Ted Nugent or Hank Williams. He listens to Coldplay and Jeff Buckley. He also rides motocross, does triathalons, works on cars and btw has been to a Rage concert.

i would go for the more liberal man. i would most likely get along with him better than the republican, i like crazy things, music, and art, and get bored easily, so i wouldnt want the lawyer type..

Definately the artsy, liberal type. I can't stand guys who are conservative. Although, being a lawyer or an accountant, there's nothing wrong with that.

A liberal man who is educated in cultural arts, is not so bogged down in childish homophobia that he enjoys theatre, art and music and who is man enough to grow his hair how he likes it and not let society dictate his personal appearance...

or...

Some undereducated jock who can't relate to his girlfriend because his "manly man" beer buddies will pick on him for having a healthy and nurturing relationship, who shoots defenseless animals for sport, listens to redneck country and washed-up has-been rockers from 30 years ago, drives a truck and probably believes a man should "smack his b*tch" whenever she gets out of line.

If your idea of being a man is to fire a gun at a defenseless animal and listen to Hank Williams sing about f*cking your cousin, then you've obviously posted this because too many intelligent "liberal" guys are out getting laid while you and your mullet-headed "buddies" go boot scooting on a Friday night.

By the way, I am a liberal with long hair, an interest in the arts and I work for one of the top attorneys in Dallas. I also have a girlfriend who's 22 and drop-dead gorgeous. I met her while being involved in theatre and scooped her away from her redneck, sports jockey boyfriend who felt his masculinity would be threatened if he even saw her in a play.

I think I'm a man. You, you're a typical redneck who probably thinks the jacked up tires on your pick-up truck make you a man.
